Tried the pampers premium protection code, it looks like it accepts it and says I have a reward, but nothing is there

Oh Pampers what's happend with app last time? I ordered 3 weeks ago papier voucher from my points and still waiting for delivery( was says 7 working days) 🙊

Valid only to people that have never scanned the respective product for which the coupon is intended.
So if you already buy and use those ones then you can't get that coupon

The codes will only work if you have never scanned a pack of newbaby, pants or premium protection nappies :( its in the small print i seen it yesterday

Ahhhh why is it so unobvious that you can’t use this if you have ever scanned one of these products previously?!
I have a newborn and an 18 month old so can’t use either voucher.

Used the code on the app but see no points being added. Just says 0 points. I see other comments with a similar issue, so hopefully it'll be resolved for remaining users.

I used the code but it doesn't work, if i re enter it a second time says the code is already been used! Very disappointed!

Ninjamas one worked for me and I definitely buy and scan those. Other two didn’t work. It is the christmas voucher all over again that constantly had technical issues and never let me redeem it. So disappointing and a waste of time for mums who already have too much to do! Come on Pampers, three emails to your customer service team and no response. Really poor!

The app vouchers/codes don’t work for me - our Asda won’t take them and I do my shop at Sainsburys which isn’t an option. I emailed Pampers but didn’t hear back! I prefer the paper vouchers and when the nappies were sent to us!

Just tried code for premium protection nappies unfortunately there is nothing added onto my account. I also have another problem with pampers app I ordered 3 vouchers using my points on 25 Jan and haven’t received anything. Although it states 7 days .

I'm yet Another person that the codes don't work for! I also haven't had a reply yet from the Christmas voucher that I emailed them about over a MONTH ago! (I got a 'we're busy well get back to you like a week or two later but NOTHING since). This new pampers app and style is absolutely rubbish, and now since updating the points and choices it's even worse :( The Ocado voucher I chose just didn't work at all, (I only chose that because apparently the paper vouchers just never turn up, used to be able to get all as e-vouchers), so disappointed and such a waste of points.

(carrying on from previous comment), it said "You just scored 0 points!!" with the usual 'congratulations' screen. Then when tried to do again said already used.

Yeah vouchers don’t work for me either. Entered the code. It says 0 points added and then nothing there. Maybe only works for new app users?
