Young babies waking during the night for a feed or a cuddle is par for the course, but your baby needn’t wake up because their nappy has leaked. Pampers are on a mission to get you as much sleep as possible and that’s why not only do Pampers Baby-Dry instantly absorb wetness for up to 12 hours, they also feature a revolutionary Stop & Protect pocket to prevent leaks at the back.

We are yet to have an amazing nights sleep with my 2 year old and 6 month old. But a good bedtime routine helps, no screen time just before bed. We have a story of listen to a Tonie. Going to bed with a clean nappy like pampers it’s reassuring to know there will be no leaks overnight.

Establishing a consistent bedtime routine can be beneficial for both mom and the little one. Creating a calming environment , reduced screen time and incorporating relaxing activities before bedtime can help improve sleep quality. As for Sleep Savers tips, managing stress, and seeking support from others, such as a partner or family, can be crucial for parents facing sleep disruptions.

Mum to Two different children. One only goes to sleep with baby sleep music playing and the light on and the other only goes to sleep with lights off and little sound. All children are different and they do come challenges especially the sleepless nights but just remember you’re doing a great job no matter how hard it is to get your child to sleep. I found a warm bath before bed helped my oldest.

My little boy is now 8 months old and is sleeping well at night. My go to tip is having a consistent bedtime routine. Mine is… bath time, nappy and PJs, song, white noise and rock to sleep. We have done this since 4 weeks old and he sleeps really well.

I think if you can, try and get fresh air everyday! It is good for baby and for your own mental health. (And usually they nap!) 😴

My little one still loves her cuddles and contact for sleeping, happy to oblige her 😂 she sleeps all the way through the night most nights which is fantastic. Always helps when we do moisturise and massage after bath and then have a story before bed. Also find pampers amazing for night time as it means we don't have blowouts and very very rare that we have leaks so helps little one to stay comfy and asleep.

With my foster babies i always try and keep it to the same routine each day. We have tea and play followed by bath, cuddle and story. I find that they like routine and helps them feel safe and secure and they have always slept really well

I’ve got 2 girls under 2 and we’ve learnt that the best way to get them both to sleep through is self soothing, white noise and nappies that don’t leak!
My girls are both amazing sleepers now and the struggle of 2 under 2 is hard so no sleep at night with 1 of them makes it 10 times harder! We’ve tried all sorts before but we stick to white noise and pampers nappies (the only ones both don’t leak from).
Consistency is key.
Just remember not every baby is the same so find the best way for you and your baby! Your all doing great!

As a first time mom I tried to read all other mom's experiences and tips, what has seemed to work for us now is using a sleeping app that tells me when he's likely to need a nap. In the evening I also try to keep the same routine; every other day it's bath time, then it's into pyjamas in the bedroom with a short massage, sometimes a bottle depending when his last one was, some cuddling and then in his bed with the owl playing a song 😊

ArthursMum • 05/02/2024 - 15:17

The best thing I did was to re-frame my expectations about what good sleep might look like, and stop believing that everyone else's child was sleeping better than mine. After that I just followed his cues without letting social media pressure me into anything different and suddenly I felt much better about the same pattern of sleep.

Routine is key!!! Ever since my little one was a few weeks old we've tried to stick to our routine, nap times at the same time every day, tea at 5, bath at 6 and a little play and lullabies until 7pm then bottle and bed. We aren't always strict on times and that's okay but I found having this routine really helps with our little one sleeping right through. Another little trick during the colder months is putting fluffy socks on underneath the baby grow making sure your baby's feet don't get cold through the night as when they're cold I find they seem to wee more causing them to wake up in the middle of the night. Also using Pampers nappies is a life saver as they seem to hold the most and less likely to leak meaning a more comfortable night's sleep for our little ones.

I have two under twos and I've found the most effective way to get sleep is be prepared. Have everything close to hand.
From pampers nappies and wipes to spare clothes and teething gel and spare dummies.

Nobody wants to fumbling around in the middle on the night trying to find things around the house. And don't you dare turn on the light and wake up everyone lol!

Rachyp • 05/02/2024 - 15:19

Routine and a regime of good products from her sensory turtle and quality bath/skin products to pampers premium protection so that my little girl is settled and not disturbed. She's not yet 5months but is already sleeping through the night. Pampers have not let me down with either of my children.

Anna24 • 05/02/2024 - 15:19

Always used one size bigger nappy at night to avoid accidents. 😊

I have a baby boy a year and four months old. I don't change the diaper all night, so I choose safety and convenience. I use your brand of diapers and I am pleased with the panties, which are very easy to communicate with naughty kids.

Being a busy family of 5, I wish being able to have a tight routine was so easy. I have a 2 year old son and teenage daughters and sometimes work, school, clubs and nursery pick up means routine can go out the window due to a tight schedule.. but using pampers allows me to know that no matter what time he gets in bed weather he crashed early from a busy day or wants an extra half hour of family time.. he stays dry and comfortable for a better nights sleep! It’s always only been pampers!

BusyB911 • 05/02/2024 - 15:22

Have a consistent routine and once baby is in deep sleep transfer to their cot. Once they are older you can get them to fall asleep by themselves in their cot which will allow more independence as they get older, this has worked with my daughter and I plan to do the same once my son’s a bit older.

anitadobosz • 05/02/2024 - 15:23

After a bath and milk, I always put my baby to bed with a teddy bear, lie down next to him (on the floor:D) and sing lullabies. Thanks to the fact that my baby falls a sleep and wakes up in the same place, he sleeps all night long. Morning he doesn’t cry, I hear him when he talks. We only use Premium Protection nappies for day and night. No leaking and baby sleep all night.

HelpingHarvs Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:23

Sticking to wake windows massively helped us and I also got rid of the dummy from about 5months as it was waking him when it fell out! A consistent bedtime routine

Laur3nAj • 05/02/2024 - 15:24

My 19 month old finally sleeps through the night! We found that having a good routine through the day helps and no naps past 3pm. He has dinner at 5:30 which gives him plenty of time to digest and play before we get ready for bed and have all the lights off and have a bottle and then he’s out for the count!

Danielle5109 Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:24

Routine, routine, routine!
Dinner, bath, pampers poonami proofs, warm milk and bed!
Just keeping the routine, and the steady pace makes all the difference.
